Fighting The Fat!
So since my holiday last July I have slowly put on weight, yoyoing for 8 or so months and then the past few months just inhaling as much as possible. So I have now gained 49lbs since July 2013. I've joined the gym, started eating healthy and I'm determined to get back to the bikini bod before my next holiday in June 2014.
45 weeks to lose 49lbs. Through this blog I'm going to share how it's going on, what is helping and hopefully how much weight I lose. Here's hoping this helps :)
